Refund and Return Policy

At e-print(labs), we are committed to delivering high-quality products that meet our customers’ expectations. Because our products are made to order, we have a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.


Returns

Due to the customized nature of our products, returns are not accepted except under special circumstances. If your product has a manufacturing defect or a quality-related issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it so we can review your request. Each return request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and requires proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. If the return request is approved, the customer is responsible for sending the defective product back at their own expense, and the refund will be issued within 3 days of receiving the product.

Refunds

No refunds are granted except under special circumstances. Specifically, in the event of a manufacturing error or a product-quality issue, a partial refund may be available. If your refund request is approved, we will provide you with the necessary steps to process this refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.


Return and Refund Procedure

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to sales@e-printlabs.ca with your order number and a detailed description of the issue, along with photos if necessary.
  2. Evaluation: Our team will examine your request and inform you of the next steps. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or refund.
  3. Processing Time: The processing of refund or return requests can take up to 14 business days after we receive your complete request.
